What is the estimated timeline for the project?

Once you have filled out our questionnaire and provided us with the information required, it usually takes us about 7 working days to submit the First Concept Design. We will then allow 3-5 days for you to give your comments in on the design in writing. Once we receive this, it will take us another 7 working days to prepare the Final Concept Design. The total time taken for the work is therefore a minimum of 15 working days.

How can you ensure that the design meets my needs and preferences?

To make sure the design meets your needs and preferences, we will talk to you about what you want, how you want things to look, and what is essential for you. We will work together, and show you different design ideas using pictures and models. You can tell me what you like and what you don’t like, and I will make changes based on your feedback until we create a design that you love. Communication and your input are key to making it just right for you!

Will you work with my budget and help me make cost-effective decisions?

We will help you design your project while considering your budget. We’ll suggest cost-effective choices and find ways to save money without compromising the important parts of your plan. We’ll work together to make sure the design meets your needs and fits your budget.

Can you help me with interior design and space planning?

We’ll work on creating a layout that makes the best use of the available space and ensures everything fits well together. We’ll consider your needs and preferences to design functional and practical interior spaces.

Can i make changes to my plan?

After discussions with you, we will adjust the plan according to your exact plot size and make as many changes as you like. Our prices are based on per square feet of built area and if after changes your built area increases by more than 10% then we will change for the increased area accordingly.

Can you help us with landscaping and site planning?

We will certainly help with landscaping and site planning. Site planning involves designing the layout and organization of the project on the site, considering factors like building placement, circulation, parking, and outdoor spaces. Landscaping, on the other hand, involves designing and arranging the outdoor areas, including gardens, pathways, greenery, and other elements that enhance the site’s beauty and functionality.

Who will work on the design and what kind of expertise does onlineaarchitect360 have?

We are an architectural firm. Our principal architects respectively have more than Five years of experience in the field. Our office infrastructure and team includes architects, interior designers, architectural draughtsman, computer 3D modeling experts and consultants for structural engineering and building services design.

What information will we need to share with you at the time of starting design?

Our questionnaire contains a list of information required. Some of the more important information is: the size of the plot, the size of the house required, information on family members, the no of floors required, and information on the plot such as photos and drawings of the plot and information about the structures on the neighbouring plots.

Can we ask for changes to the design at the time of construction for any reason?

Yes you can ask us to make some changes, but these will be charged as per the man-hours spent on the revisions.
